What you’ll provide

Confirmed guest count 7 days before (final guarantee)
Venue access for load-in, parking for the team, and working kitchen or finishing space
Tables, chairs, and basic power access unless rented through us
Guest dietary list and any venue rules (fire, noise, corkage)

Site photos and power info required
Weather contingency for outdoor seating
Local sourcing used when quality allows

Booking & cancellation

50% deposit reserves the date; balance due as listed in pricing
Guest-count changes within 5% accepted up to 7 days prior; larger changes may adjust staffing and food cost
Cancellations 14+ days out: deposit credited to a future date within 6 months
Cancellations within 14 days: deposit non-refundable; food already purchased is billed
Force majeure and venue shutdown: reschedule at no penalty within 90 days
