Service timeline

  • Week −2: Headcount lock (±10%)
  • Day of: Delivery or setup 90 minutes before guests
  • Service: buffet open up to 3 hours
  • Breakdown: 45–60 minutes

Pricing

  • Base staffed: ₱1,850 per guest (30–60)
  • Drop-off only: −₱220 per guest
  • Premium seafood main swap: +₱380 per guest
  • Kids 4–10: 50% of adult rate

What you’ll provide

  • Confirmed guest count 7 days before (final guarantee)
  • Venue access for load-in, parking for the team, and working kitchen or finishing space
  • Tables, chairs, and basic power access unless rented through us
  • Guest dietary list and any venue rules (fire, noise, corkage)

Notes & requirements

  • Requires 6–8m buffet table length for 50+ guests
  • Power outlets needed for chafers if electric
  • Leftovers packed on request

Booking & cancellation

  • 50% deposit reserves the date; balance due as listed in pricing
  • Guest-count changes within 5% accepted up to 7 days prior; larger changes may adjust staffing and food cost
  • Cancellations 14+ days out: deposit credited to a future date within 6 months
  • Cancellations within 14 days: deposit non-refundable; food already purchased is billed
  • Force majeure and venue shutdown: reschedule at no penalty within 90 days
