Pricing

  • Base buffet: ₱1,350 per guest
  • Plated breakfast: ₱1,650 per guest
  • Before-7am setup: +₱3,500 flat
  • Net-30 billing for approved accounts

What you’ll provide

  • Confirmed guest count 7 days before (final guarantee)
  • Venue access for load-in, parking for the team, and working kitchen or finishing space
  • Tables, chairs, and basic power access unless rented through us
  • Guest dietary list and any venue rules (fire, noise, corkage)

Notes & requirements

  • Building security early access required
  • Hot boxes need elevator path
  • Kosher-style and halal options with lead time

Booking & cancellation

  • 50% deposit reserves the date; balance due as listed in pricing
  • Guest-count changes within 5% accepted up to 7 days prior; larger changes may adjust staffing and food cost
  • Cancellations 14+ days out: deposit credited to a future date within 6 months
  • Cancellations within 14 days: deposit non-refundable; food already purchased is billed
  • Force majeure and venue shutdown: reschedule at no penalty within 90 days
